Below are examples of some of the tactical leg rigs and other knife sheaths and pouches we make at ATL.
If you see something that you like, ATL can make it exactly the same or change it to your specifications depending on what you want to put in the rig. If you want the same rig that you see on the website, with the same tools that are shown with the rig, the price is next to the rig name. If you already have the tools (your own knife, multi-tool, light, etc.) let us know what you have and we can build a rig to fit all of your items, though the waiting period is currently a few months from the time of order.
All of our tactical rigs and pouches are made from 8-12oz tooling leather and we use heavy waxed braided cord for all the stitching. All stitching is Saddle Stitched which gives it the toughest stitch there is. We use only the highest quality ITW Nexus quick-release buckles, black military powder-coated brass snap closures, cord stops, and 550 paracord. The sheaths have 3 layers of leather to accommodate the knife. When the knife is slid down into the sheath it slides against the middle leather piece and does not contact any stitching.
ATL understands the importance of having a system that works for holding your essential tools . We have designed the rigs to secure your tools and lessen the worry about losing your tools during field operations. You can climb, rappel, swim, jump, run, or low crawl, and not worry about reaching for an item that has been lost. We have heard many stories from military, law enforcement, and hunters who arrived back to their vehicle or base only to realize that they have lost their knife, light, multi-tool, or other essential tool out in the wilderness somewhere. If you look at most pouches out on the market, they usually have one wimpy velcro or snap closure. Our retention systems eliminate the chance of losing your tools. At the same time, we understand that when you need a tool, you don't want to fumble around for it either. Any, or all, of the retention systems can be disengaged so the tool can be quickly grabbed. The extra retention systems are mainly used while in transit or in very rough terrain where there is a chance of losing the item. When not needed, the retention straps are tucked out of the way. We believe that we have acheived a good balance of being able to access your tools while also securing them adequately (we do have some knife sheaths that have simple single snap closures and this was at the buyers request).
ATL rigs are rock solid and will be a great hand-me-down from generation to generation. ATL builds extreme-duty rigs and pouches that are strikingly beautiful and one-of-a-kind. Whether you are an outdoorsman, survivalist, hunter, or adventurer, ATL has the rigs and pouches that you need.

JABBOK PRICE: 750.00

Each pouch has an extra snap closure retention strap across it.

The side and bottom D-rings are for attaching the rig to gear/backpacks/vehicles, etc.

Two leg straps ensure a solid and confortable fit on the leg.

ARAPHEL I PRICE: $1000.00

The Araphel I utilizes an O-ring pivot system that gives you a smooth, natural motion at the hip without the rig binding like other drop-leg systems. ATL utilizes two snap closures for the main knife sheath. Each snap closure on the knife handle is released the opposite direction from one another. The opposite snaps are released quickly with the thumb and index finger of one hand. All buckles are ITW Nexus military buckles.

The extra D-loops on the bottom and top sides are for securing the rig to other equipment/backpacks.

All snaps and eyelets are military powder-coated brass. The black color will hold up for many years, but even when it fades the brass finish that shows through will give it a nice touch as the years go by.

Para-cord...looks cool, and who can't use extra para-cord! All para-cord is tucked out of the way and useful for extra securing and survival needs.

The Buck Hartsook neck knife is great for those small jobs where you dont want to pull the larger knife out. The Hartsook slides in its own sheath behind the pouch. It is a tight fit and won't fall out on its own.

The quick-release belt system utilizes Tek-Loks newest quick release. It has a secondary lock piece that rotates up so the sides can be pushed together to release it.

The tools in the Araphel I are Masters of Defense knife, Sog multi-tool, Fenix flashlight, Firestarter, Military compass, Buck Hartsook neck knife, and knife sharpener.
ARAPHEL II PRICE: $1000.00

The Araphel II is slightly smaller than the Araphel I. The Araphel II holds 5 essential tools. It utilizes the same retention systems and D-loops as the Araphel I. The Buck Hartsook slides behind the bigger pouch in its own sheath.

The tools in the Araphel II are Chris Reeves SF knife, Light my Fire Firestarter, Fenix LD01, small Hartsook utility knife (behind the multi-tool pouch), and Leatherman Charge multi-tool. See the CBT rig below to look at the tools. The only different tool is the multi-tool and the addition of the firestarter.
MOYOCK - shoulder/back rig PRICE: $1100.00

The Moyock is a shoulder-slung rig that holds 4 essential tools: Ontario RTAK-II, SOG multi-tool, lensatic compass, and strike steel fire starter. It utilizes a quick-release buckle at the top and HK snap hook at the bottom of the rig. The rig also has an optional HK hook/belt loop to attach the shoulder strap to the belt to keep the rig from sliding on the shoulder. The Moyock has D-loops attached along the rig for optional attachment to other equipment/backpacks, etc.

Above shows the rig with an optional front knife sheath. The knife is held in the sheath by the snap assembly and by a bungi-cord system. The tension from the bungi system keeps the knife in the sheath even when the snap is open. To release the cord, simply rotate the brass piece and push it through the hole in the knife handle.

The shoulder strap is adjustable to fit a variety of body sizes/clothing.

The optional HK snap/belt loop can be seen hanging form the green O-ring.

Izula knife from RAT. Fits in the front optional sheath.
HSLD II PRICE: $900.00

The HSLD II is a great survival Rig. It holds 8 essential tools. The belt holder is a Tek-Lok system for quick release. The O-ring pivot system gives you a smooth, natural motion at the hip joint without the rig binding like other drop leg systems.

prevents it from sliding out.

The tools in the HSLD I rig are Masters of Defense ATAC knife, Buck S30V neck knife (slides in its own sheath behind the pocket that holds the multi-tool), Leatherman Charge multi-tool, Brunton mini compass, Fenix LD01 flashlight, Flint/steel firestarter.

TACON PRICE: $ 200.00

The TACON rig has a Tek-Lok for securing the rig to the belt. It is a horizontal carry rig, but can also be fitted to a vertical boot assembly (pictures later) so the knife can be carried vertically on the inner lower leg by the ankle.

The Tacon above is shown with extra paracord.
The rig has a D-loop on the tip and paracord for securing it to other equipment.

The TACON has two retention systems, the main snap and a cord-lock/paracord system. Again, when in transit or in a non-hostile environment, you might want all retention systems engaged, but when you arrive at your destination you can release the cord-lock and keep the snap engaged.
